Resumen:
CD85 antigen was first described as a protein of 72000 Mr before reduction, which increase to 83000 Mr under reduction condition. It was defined by monoclonal antibodies (mAb) VMP55 (CD85.1) y GHI75 (CD85.2), generated aganinst Hairy Cell Leukimia. In the present study we have investigated the expresion of CD 85 moleculas on activated T cell and the role of this antigen in T cell proliferation.
