Resumen:
Human CD80, a member of the Ig superfarnily, was origindly
described as a B-cell activation antigen. Subsequent
studies have shown it also to be expressed on mature dendritic
cells and activated T cells, although conflicting findings
have been reported on the expression of CD86 by the
latter cell type [ll. A modest increase in CD86 expression
after three days of activation with phytohemagglutinin
(PHA) was reported in the Fifth Workshop. The present
work aimed to document the reactivity of the CD80, and
CD86 monoclonal antibody (mAb) Panel on T-cell subsets
