Resumen:
    We propose an effective Lagrangian for the low energy bulk theory of thePfaffian states of the fractional quantum Hall effect in terms of non-AbelianChern-Simons (CS) actions. Our approach exploits Witten?s connection be-tween topological CS and chiral conformal field theories and can be appliedto arbitrary non-Abelian states.
