Random sequential adsorption of dimers on fractal structures

We extend the study of diffusional relaxation on the random sequential adsorptionof dimer introduced by Privman and Nielaba, to fractal media. The effect of added diffusionalrelaxation on the deposition of dimers in such disordered substrates makes full coverage incertain cases possible. We observe that in these cases, the limiting coverage is approachedaccording to t−ds /2, where ds is the spectral dimension of the substrate. The jamming coverageis analysed for different fractal substrates.
