Resumen:
The article focuses on the enlargement of the studies in engineering careers in Argentina. The study presents qualitative analyses in order to know how the academic, economic and socio-affective factors influence the academic performance of engineering students. Our findings could explain the main causes of the enlargement studies phenomenon from a perspective based on oral history testimony process.
