Resumen:
We built plasmonic probe tips by attaching covalently one single microsphere decorated withnanoparticles, to a chemically-modified AFM tip. By using a combined AFM-opticalmicroscope, we can monitor in situ the optical response of the plasmonic probe, even whenthe microscope is in operation
