Resumen:
We analyze a multi-lepton signal plus missing transverse energy fromneutrinos expected at the LHC for a Bino-like neutralino as thelightest supersymmetric particle (LSP), when the left sneutrino isthe next-to-LSP and hence a suitable source of Binos. The discussionis carried out in the framework of the 𝜇𝜈SSM, wherethe presence of 𝑅-parity violating (RPV) couplings involvingright-handed neutrinos solves the 𝜇 problem and can reproducesimultaneously the neutrino data. Left sneutrinos/sleptons are pairproduced at 𝑝𝑝 collisions decaying to Binos, with thelatter decaying via RPV to 𝑊ℓ or 𝑍𝜈. Thissignal can be compared with LHC searches for electroweaksuperpartners through chargino-neutralino production. The reducedcross section of the sneutrino/slepton production in comparison withthe one of the latter process, limits the sensitivity of the searchesto small sneutrino/slepton masses. Although the resulting compressedspectrum typically evades the aforementioned searches, we show thatanalyses using recursive jigsaw reconstruction are sensitive to thesescenarios. As a by-product, we find that the region of Bino masses110−120GeV and sneutrino masses 120−140GeV can give rise to a tri-lepton signal compatible with the localexcess recently reported by ATLAS.p { margin-bottom: 0.1in; line-height: 120%; }a:link { }
