Resumen:
The Cóndor Huasi pluton crops out in a rough tabular form, widened in its middle section, with its major axis oriented N 330º. It is emplaced subconcordant with the S2 foliation of banded schists. It has a thick and thin granitic facies, with transitional contact between them, both rich in enclaves varied in size and composition, formed by leucomonzogranites with apatite, garnet and tourmaline group minerals. Two ductile foliations are recognized, one primary, of flow, and the other secondary produced in the subsolid state deformation. The rocks are moderately peraluminous and calc-alkaline, classified as S-type granites and correlated with famatinian granites of San Luis.
