Resumen:
The objective of this study was to develop bimetallic catalyst type (Pt-Ni/ZSM-5), for their application in reforming naphtha acid. The catalyst was prepared by competitive ion exchange, then the sample was dried and calcined at 500 °C. The catalyst was characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Temperature Programmed Reduction (TPR).The tioresistência the metal activity and regeneration of the catalyst was evaluated usingthe reaction of dehydrogenation of cyclohexane to 1 atm, 300 ºC, WHSV= 6.2 h-1 andH2/CH=14.4. The tioresistência by poisoning the metal with 50 µl of a mixture of cyclohexane with 1000 ppm of carbon disulfide and measuring the residual activity afterpoisoning and regenerating conditions of 1 hour H2 at 500 ºC. The resistance to deactivation by coke was analyzed by the accumulation of carbon deposited after 90min deactivation accelerated with cyclopentane (CP) at 500 °C, 1 atm and WSHV=0.8h-1.
