Resumen:
AntibodyDurability at One Year after Sputnik V Vaccination antibody levels, neutralizing capacity and Omicron escapeAntibodywaning against SARS-CoV-2 over time after vaccination, together with theemergence of new viral variants, pose great challenges for ending the pandemic. No previous work has analyzed the long-term prevalence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodiesin individuals vaccinated with Sputnik V (Gam-COVID-Vac)1. We evaluated thepersistence of serum levels of anti-spike IgG antibodiesand their neutralizing capacity against the original B.1 lineage and a local isolateof the BA.1 omicron variant in a longitudinal cohort during one year afterSputnik V vaccination in Argentina.
