This work presents the experimental results of the morphological and mechanical characterization of a large set of HIPS containing different amounts of AN added during the synthesis. Tensile deformation and fracture experiments were employed to evaluate the materials performance. Behaviour was interpreted in light of morphology revealed by TEM.
