Resumen:
Anew method for 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D)pre-concentration/separation and determination by molecularfluorescence is proposed. The herbicide was complexed with RhodamineB at pH 7.0 in phosphatebuffer solution and anionic surfactant admicelles;a Nylon membrane was used as a solid support forsolid fluorescent emission measured using a solid sample holder.Under optimal conditions, the limit of detection and quantificationwere 6.93 and 21 ng L−1,respectively, and the linear range from 0.021 to22.11 μg L−1.This method shows good sensitivity and selectivity, and it wasapplied to the determination of 2,4-D in different seed samples. Theuse of solid surface fluorescence represents a simple and rapidalternative respect to conventional methods, employing instrumentexistent in the most laboratories.P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm; direction: ltr; color: rgb(0, 0, 10); line-height: 115%; }P.western { font-family: "Calibri", serif; font-size: 11pt; }P.cjk { font-family: "WenQuanYi Micro Hei"; font-size: 11pt; }P.ctl { font-family: "Calibri"; font-size: 11pt; }A:link { color: rgb(0, 0, 255); }thod for 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D)pre-concentration/separation and determination by molecularfluorescence is proposed.
