Resumen:
The optimum condition for formation of Er(III)-3,5-diClDMPAP in micelles of TX-100 are described. The molar absorptivity was 1.39 105 L mol-1 cm-1. The absorption spectroscopy of the surfactant-sensitized complex has been examined in detail in order to set up the influence of various experimental parameters. The procedure has been successfully applied to determination of Er(III) in superconducting materials and permanent magnets.
