Resumen:
The aqueous extract of Larrea divaricat Cav leaves was found to have in vitro antitumoral activity upon a culture line BW5247 (T murine immature lymphoma) and an antiproliferative effect upon mitogenic stimulated luymphocytes. these effects were in a clear concentration-response relationship, whit IC50 of 10 ug/ml for anti-tumoral activity and 200 ug/ml for stimulated lymphocytes. At low concentrations (1 ug/ml) the extract increased the proliferation of normal lymphocytes from splee, lymph nodes and thymus.
