Resumen:
The magnetic dynamic properties of FeSn2 submitted to ball milling have been studied. It has been found that this intermetallic compound is very stable under mechanical work despite its small formation enthalpy, being the main consequence of milling the reduction of crystal size. The Mössbauer effect spectra can be described with just a superposition of a magnetically splitted plus a non magnetically splitted components with dependencies on the particle size and temperature which are consistent with a relaxation model where unison spin fluctuations dominate. The effective anisotropy energy density for FeSn2 small particles has been determined.
