Resumen:
We study self-induction effects in semiconductor quantum rings, induced by an external twisted light, using a semi-classical approach. By applying the magnetic quasi-static approximation, the self-induced field generated by the electric currents in the ring is eliminated from the model, and an effective Hamiltonian solely for electrons is obtained. The equations of motion for density matrix elements yields a non linear system of equations. From it, the electron dynamics in the low excitation regime is analytically solved.
