Resumen:
Intermediate temperature play an important role in the plastic deformation of Zr and Zr alloys. In this range of temperature abnormal mechanical behaviour of the materials have been reported. However, little attention has been paid on the correlation between dislocation substructure and cyclic deformation. The aim of this work is to report the substructure observed and give a cue of this morphology.
