Resumen:
In the present work we proposed the incorporation of metal-oxide cupper nanoparticles in the surface of a screen printed carbon electrode (SPCE) to improve the detection limit in the electrochemical determination of Zin. The SPCE offer many potential advantages including reduced reagent consumption, smaller analysis volumes, faster analysis times, and increased instrument portability (3). Moreover, we used a β-agonist antibody which was previously immobilized in an amino functionalized column (AFC) to eliminate interference from the sample as well as to pre-concentrate the drug. The CuNPs-CuONPs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). This method has many characteristics such as high sensitivity, fast response time, wide linear range, good selectivity, stability, and reproducibility
