Resumen:
A micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MECK) method, using indirect UV detection, has been development for the determination of sodium deoxycholate traces. The background elctrolyte consited of 20 mM sodium phosphate buffer, containing 50 mM sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) and acetonitrile as additive. UV detection was set at 185 nm. Analytical parameters were evaluated and the results obtained od sodium deoxycholate traces in pharmaceutical formulations showed acceptable values. comparative data obtained from the values obtained by meck were similar to the results obtained by an hplc method.
