Resumen:
After introducing the basic notions of fusion frametheory (in terms of basic notions of matrix analysis), we explainthe role of the minimizers of the fusion frame potential. We thenconsider two (pseudo)metrics on the set of fusion frames withfixed weights and describe the spectral and geometrical structureof local minimizers of the fusion frame potential with respect tothese (pseudo)metrics.
