Resumen:
The allelic frequencies of 5 polymorphic loci: Albumin (AL), Transferrin (Tf), a-1 antitrypsin (Pi), A1b –glicoprotein-postalbumin (Xk), and Acid Carboxilesterase (Es) were studied in the Argentine Creole Horse Breed (PRC) in comparison with other breeds historically related in their origins: Spanish Pure Breed (PRE), Spanish Pure Breed analysed in this study (PRE1), Peruvian Paso (PP), Arab (A), Barb (B), Tarpan (T) and Przewalskii (Pr). Comparison betwwen breeds were performed through multivaried analysis. Results obtained  led to conclude: 1) In the Analysis of Principal Componentes the component I discriminates between the American breeds analysed (PRC and PP) and  the remaining breeds with the characters: Tf- J; Tf-F1; Xk-K; Es-H and Es-O. Three of these allelic forms (Tf- J; Es-H and Es-O) are differential markers of the Creole Horse Breed. Positive correlation were found between all the breeds analysed. The Creole Horse Breed has higher correlation values with the Peruvian Paso, and in a lower degree with the barbs, Arabs, Spanish Pure Breed, Tarpanids and Przewalskii.
