Resumen:
How is comparative law used in human rights legal reasoning? What function does the argument of comparative law perform in argumentation? Does it play a part in satisfying the request for rationality of the decision, in the sense of collecting the largest amount of normative information as possible to optimize such decision? Or, does it play a part in satisfying the claim to correctness, in so far as the deliberation over the argument of comparative law helps achieve a more accurate justification of the decision?
