Resumen:
De novo TAG synthesis is stimulated during macrophage to foam cell transition and contribute to lipid droplet incrase. GPAT3/4 contribute to lipid droplet, TAG and PL increase during macrophage to foam cell transition and are required to stimulate de novo TAG synthesis.GPAT4 could be implicated in pro-inflammatory cytokine release regulation.
