Universality of the nuclear matrix elements governing the mass sector of the 0vßß decay

Resumen:
 In this work we report on manifestuniversal features found in thenuclear matrix elements which govern the mass sector of the neutrinolessdouble beta decay.The results are based on the analysis of the calculated matrixelements corresponding to the decaysof $^{76}$Ge, $^{82}$Se, $^{100}$Mo, and  $^{116}$Cd. The resultssuggest a dominance of few low-lying nuclear states of few multipolesin these matrix elements. Dedicated charge-exchange reactions could beused to probe these key states to determine experimentally the valueof the nuclear matrix element.
