Resumen:
Understandig and controlling dynamics of quantum systems when they are open to environment is an important topic of current research in the theorical andexperimental quantum physics.Prosen et. al. \cite{Prosen2008,Prosen2011} have studied the Quamtum phase transitions (QPTs) in far from equilibrium steady states of quantumLiouville evolution. Also they have found that the structure of long range orderpersists in the presence of external periodic driving. The key idea of our work is to find local observables that show the QPTs whichcan be measured experimentally. We found tracks about QPTs in a few-body systemin which the dynamics could be simulated experimentally with ions.We analize the presence of QPTs in far from equilibrium steady states in the particularcase of an open Heisenberg XY spin $1/2$ chain with a trasverse magnetic field.First we studied the system with non-periodic time-dependence and secondthe chain which is periodically kicked.
