Resumen:
The intragranitic pegmatites of Potrerillos have been less studied than the comparatively more widespread LCT pegmatites typically hosted in metamorphic rocks of the San Luis range. They were considered as possible examples of NYF or Hybrid pegmatites. This interpretation was supported by preliminary trace element geochemistry of K-feldspar and muscovite, which evidenced some primitive patterns typical of barren or poorly evolved granitic pegmatites. In this communication, we address their geological setting, mineralogy and geochemistry; these data classify the studied Potrerillos units as rare-element pegmatites of the RELREE geological setting, mineralogy and geochemistry; these data classify the studied Potrerillos units as rare-element pegmatites of the RELREE geological setting, mineralogy and geochemistry; these data classify the studied Potrerillos units as rare-element pegmatites of the RELREE In this communication, we address their geological setting, mineralogy and geochemistry; these data classify the studied Potrerillos units as rare-element pegmatites of the RELREERELREE subclass and allanite-monazite type.
