Resumen:
In this paper, a modelling Wiener like structure is proposed where the linear dynamic part consists of Laguerre filters and the static nolinearity is represented by High Level (HL) Canonical Piecewise Linear (CPWL) functions. It is shown that the proposed structure can be used to uniformly approximate any system described by the Wiener model (with infinite terms), using a finite number of Laguerre filters and a HL CPWL function whose parameters can be determined straightforwardly.
