Resumen:
The construction of hybrid materials from metal cations and organic multifunctional anions is an area of great activity. Open structures with pores of great size and supramolecular assemblies of varied dimensions can be achieved, where inorganic cations, interacting by  superexchange paths (where oxygen atoms may be involved), are forming one, two, and three dimension arrangment. When metals cations are magnetic and the organic anions are dicarboxylate, the magnetic properties of the obtained material may depend on the geometry of  the superexchange paths way as well as the dimension of the inorganic ions arrangement. In the present work we have studied by X ray single crystal diffraction and AC susceptibility the influences of the thermodynamic condition during the synthesis on the structural and magnetic properties.
