Resumen:
Pulsars are objects with exceptionally stable spin. However, their rotational stability can be perturbed by a sudden increase in their spin frequency known as a glitch. The cause of the glitches is not clearly understood yet. Using the antennas from the Argentine Institute of Radio Astronomy (IAR), since 2018, the PuMA collaboration monitors with high cadence a set of pulsars from the southern hemisphere that have shown glitches before. Here we report the detection and characterization of: (i) two glitches in the pulsar PSR J1048-5832, which are the smallest of the 7 glitches previously detected on this pulsar; (ii) the most recent glitch in the Vela pulsar, and (iii) a glitch in PSR J0742-2822, which is the strongest glitch reported for this pulsar so far.
