Resumen:
This paper presents a globally convergent nonlinear observer to achieve grid synchronization with a three phase pure sinusoidal unbalanced grid. The proposed algorithm allows to extract the positive and negative sequence components of the grid voltage. Since it is frequency adaptive, it is inmune to grid frequency variations. Another feature is that, since it is a reduced order observer, only three states are needed to implement it. The validity of the proposed scheme is verified through mathematical analysis and simulation results.
