Resumen:
The spate of recent discoverys of Mesozoic birds has substancially improove our understanding of de early evolution of birds and flight, but has filed to close the morphological gap between the upper jurassic Archaeopterics, the earliest known bird, and the Dromaeosauridae, group of non-avian theropod dinasours regarded as most closely related to birds. Here we describe theropod dinasour from Patagonia, Unenlagia comahuensis, which partially fills this gap.
