Resumen:
Greenockite and cadmium-rich sulphides (sphalerite, galena and bornite) are identified for the first time in the old gold mines of the Caledonia Group, located in southern Sierra de La Huerta (S31º23'21''- W67º20'33''), province of San Juan. Chemical and textural features of the identified ore minerals (auriferous pyrite, sphalerite, arsenopyrite, galena, chalcopyrite, bornite, tennatite-tetrahedrite and greenockite) are presented in this contribution.
