Resumen:
Textures and paragenesis of quartz veins of different prospects in the Northpatagonian massif are described here. The quartz veins have open space filling textures that involved crustiform, comb, cockade and replacement textures like feathery, flamboyant and pseudobladed. The presence of adularia amd, sericite as an alteration product, plus the textural characteristics allow to classify these veins as Adularia-sericite or low sulfidation type.
