Resumen:
The syntheses of five novel carbocyclic dideoxynucleosides with a bicyclo[3.l.O]hexane skeleton was accomplished via a Mitsunobu-type coupling reaction with various heterocyclic bases. These compounds appear to prefer a typical nucleoside northern conformation.
