Resumen:
A efficient solid-phase synthesis of a series of 1,3,4-trisubstituted b-thiolactams is described. The key reaction, a direct thionation of polymer-supported b-lactams, was carried out using the Lawessons reagent to give b-thiolactams in good overall yields.
