Resumen:
The kinetics of the electron transfer reaction between excited singlet pyrene derivatives and indoles has been investigated in both homogeneous and microheterogeneous media. The photoinduced charge separation efficiency was dependent on both solvent polarity and compartmentalization effects of the redox partners.
