Resumen:
With the advent of Next-Generation Sequencing technologies it is possible to measure gene expression profiles and also infer the expression levels of each individual sub genic products, i.e. exons and introns. Integrating gene expression and gene co-splicing information can reveal unknown meaningful biology. In this work we constructed a mixed gene co-expression and bin co-splicing network whose relations capture complex interactions between this two regulatory layers and studied regulatory patterns focus on cold temperature response.
