Resumen:
We present a model for bacterial infections over networks. Within each node, individuals interact and bacteriacan be transmitted; mutations, horizontal transfer and development of antibiotic resistance are considered.Nodes are connected through weighted edges and thus the infection may spread over the network. We performan analytical analysis and numerical experiments to test the accuracy of the model and to analyze theimportance of factors such as sanitary measures and imposition of a quarantine.
