Resumen:
Non invasive diagnostic test for acute cellular cardiac allograft rejection(ACCAR) carry high negative (NPV) but low positive predictive value (PPV). We hypothesi zed that  a non linear mathematical algorithm may improve non invasive detecction of ACCARusing PBMC.
