Resumen:
We analyzed cellular viability on Hamster ovary cells line CHO-K1, showing That Huperzia saururus alkaloid extract doesnt produce cellular death at the assayed concentrations. In this opportunity the effect of the alkaloid compounds was evaluated on the viability of cells that exert the function of protect neurons against toxic actions of metabolic origin and ischemic (neuroprotectors), such the case of the Muller glial cells of the retina.
