Resumen:
En trabajos previos, examinamos la actividad virucida de antraquinonas (AQs) naturales sobre el virus del herpes simple Tipo I (VHS-I) y la citotoxicidad en células Vero " in vitro", obteniéndose resultados alentadores. En esta oportunidad, analizamos la relación estructura química - actividad biológica (antiherpética y citotóxica) de las AQs ensayadas.
