Resumen:
Training of pharmacy students during the pre-professional practices Gabriela Paraje1, Juan Llabot1, Soledad Ravetti1 Area: Pharmaceutical care 1. Departamento de Farmacia, Facultad de Ciencias Químicas, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Córdoba, Argentina. Pharmacy students should be trained in academic areas and do preprofessional practices in contact with patients, students and professionals of the health team, allowing the establishment early in the concept of interdisciplinary and collaborative work, particularly related to drug therapy, using pharmaceutical care concepts for improving the quality of life of patients. Professional Pharmacy Practicanate (PPF) is a compulsory annual course of the fifth years, students attend two centers of practices of different professional areas (community and assistance pharmacy,, industrial and research). In assistance pharmacy can attend different hospitals, public (national, provincial and municipal) and private, accredited as Centers of Practice (CP) and its pharmaceutical recognized as Instructors of Pharmaceutical Practice (IPP). Among the activities planned we work in the development of a health newsletter covering various health issues that were selected according to the specific needs of each hospital. They were for: patients, medical professionals, pharmacists or nurses, with the form of leaflets or posters which were presented / disseminated in the CP and sharing with peers during the seminars of the PPF. In addition, we do different works using literature search and analysis of specific information for the analysis of security and bio-security standards for different sections of the hospital. With all these activities, students are expected to be active participants in the learning process, developing skills in solving problems and developing critical thinking.
