Resumen:
The contribution of anthropogenic elements in the central region of the province of Cordoba, Argentina, using Tillandsia capillaris like bioindicador. The concentration of Br, Ca, Cu, Pb and Zn in unit of T. capillaris, collected each 25 km in 60 sites of the province of Cordoba where different uses from the ground exist (mining, cattle ranch, agriculture, cities). The samples were analyzed by X-rays Fluorescence - Total Reflection and maps of space distribution for each element were made. The space distribution of Cu and Zn shows an increase in relation to the location of the most important city of the study area. The distribution of Pb, on the other hand, reflects the presence of a located industrial pole to the south of the study area, whereas the levels of Br could be related to the presence of routes of high transit. Finally the distribution of Ca reveals the location of quarries of calcium carbonate extraction. The results obtained by means of the present biomonitoreo study show the increasing impact of anthropics activities in the study area.
