Resumen:
CuInSe2 films have been prepared by electrodeposition from a single bath aqueous solution. Various substrates, all supported on conductive glass have been explored. These include electrodeposited and sprayed ZnO, as well as a duplex layer composed of dense and nanoporous TiO2, with and without an intermediate buffer layer of In2Se3. The films are deposited potentiostatically using a N2-purged electrolyte. The effect of annealing at different temperatures and atmospheres is also investigated. The different layers have been characterised with electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and optical absorption spectroscopy. The quality of the n-p heterojunction and the energy conversion efficiency of the resulting solar cells are compared for the various systems under investigation.
