Resumen:
Good shape memory and superelastic behavior were foundin Cu-Al-Ni SMA [1, 2], even along thousand of cycles [3], and a size effect onsuperelasticity was recently reported [4]. However, up to now Cu-Al-Ni is theonly system exhibiting good properties at nano-scale, with view to theirapplications in MEMS. The aim of the present work is to explore whetherCu-Al-Be SMA also exhibit good properties at the nano-scale.[1] J. San Juan, M.L. Nó, C.A. Schuh, AdvancedMaterials 20, 272 (2008).[2] J.
