Resumen:
The objective of this work is to obtain amine-functionalized silica thin films loaded with silver nanoparticles to LSPR sensors. With this purpose we obtained silver nanoparticles stabilized by aminosilanes. We studied the sensitivity of this metal nanoparticles respect to environmental changes using heavy metals as models. Then, we obtained SiO2 thin films containing silver nanoparticles by sol-gel. Also, through this process we functionalize simultaneously the surface of the thin film with amine groups. Amines are useful to introduce in a following step organic compounds of biological interest to obtain selectivity in complex samples as biological fluids. Thus, we obtained amine-functionalized Ag-doped SiO2 thin films useful to LSPR based sensors. We will show the sensing of different analytes.
