Resumen:
The study of microstrain in micro and nano structured deformed materials has become important in recent years because of their importance in different process like recrystallization and mechanical properties (like strength) that allowed the clarification of the deformation mechanisms. By example the comparison between classical rolling and Accumulative Roll Bounding (ARB) process. The simulation of process like recrystallization need one measurement of store energy more real than one develops for X-Ray diffraction. One of these new measurement is the Kernel Average misorientation (KAM), which allows determining the misorientation between points using measurements obtained in an Electron Back Scattering Diffraction (EBSD), this magnitude allow the calculation of parameters such as density of dislocation and stored energy. The objective of this work is determining the values of the KAM and compare with values of microdefromation obtained by X-Ray Diffraction. This comparison was doing of a Fe-3% Si deformed classically and recrystallized and in IF steel deformed (0 and 5 cycles) by Accumulative Roll Bonding (ARB) samples. The values of KAM are greater for deformed sample that for recrystallized sample in Fe-3 %Si, in IF steel the KAM values increase in the 3 first cycles and increase in the 4 and 5 cycles of rolling that is one different behavior of samples classical rolling.
