In this talk we will discuss the relationship between the fundamental graininess and quantum chaos timescales from the notions of non-integrable, ergodic and mixing quantum systems and following the idea of Omnes (i.e. the characterization of quantum chaos as the evolution of a square cell to a``distorted" ameboid cell) we will show how the threat of chaos to the CP can be suppressed taking into account the quantum chaos timescales. In particular, we will discuss how fundamental graininess allows to define the quantum chaos timescales within the framework of the classical statistical limit.
