Resumen:
This paper studies the influence of temperature on the cyclic behavior of superferritic stainless steel UNS S 44600 in two conditions: as-received (unaged, UA) and aged (100 hours at 475C, AG). The analysis of the friction and back stress and the dislocation structure have been carried out. The cyclic softening observed at room temperature in UA specimens is related with the decrease of the back stress whereas is associated with the decrease of both components, friction and back stresses, in AG samples. The initial cyclic hardening displayed at 475C agrees with an increase in friction and back, due to dynamic strain aging in UA samples and due to spinodal decomposition in AG specimens.
