Resumen:
AbstractBuilding electronic devices using organic molecules with pi-extended conjugation is one of the ultimate goals in nanotechnology area. The organic field-effect transistors (OEFTs) are one of these particular devices, composed by thin films of fluorene derivative molecules, which have good optoelectronic properties. Knowing their properties would allow the fabrication of more efficient devices. We focus on their characterization, by applying modern techniques: Thermogravimetric Analysis (TG), Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA), X-Ray Diffraction and UV-vis Spectrometry.
